Jogging is a physical exercise that has its own benefits for the body. In my opinion, jogging or fast walking was different with running generally; it used as a quick way to develop speed athletes.
Jogging can be done everyone regardless of age level, both men and women.


Benefit of jogging

Jogging helps you overcome weight problems and a distended abdomen. Do not believe? If you go to regular jogging, that’ll keep your intake of food, able to reduce weight. Not only that, jogging can also help you with problems with a small appetite, strengthens leg muscles, hips and backbone.
On average, jogging burns about 10 calories per minute. So, if you follow the routine of jogging 30 minutes every day, for 6 days a week, you will burn about 1800 calories in a week. One pound of body fat holds about 3500 calories. So, if you maintain a jogging routine for 2 weeks, you are guaranteed to lose about one pound of body fat.
